Will my events or files be deleted?

No. Our platform and support agents do not have the ability to remove any files you have uploaded or events and webinars you have created. Only individuals with access to your account can delete them, and this requires double confirmation! We never remove any of your content.

The only exception is for free accounts that have not been used for more than 6 months (180 days). In such cases, we reserve the right to delete the account and all its materials.
