Why did my webinar recordings disappear?
Our platform does not delete or move your webinar recordings anywhere. We guarantee that all materials you upload remain safely stored on the platform without any automatic actions or processes on our part. We have no algorithms or systems that could delete your data or relocate it automatically.
Deleting recordings or other materials can only be done manually by the account owner or by individuals you have granted full access to your webinar rooms or account management panel. This is particularly important to keep in mind when sharing access with others, such as webinar hosts or technical assistants.
If you find yourself in a situation where your webinar recordings are missing, start by checking the «Recycle bin» section. This feature is specifically designed to temporarily store deleted materials. If the recording was deleted less than seven days ago, you will find it there and can restore it with just one click.
However, if the Recycle Bin is empty or unavailable, restoring the deleted data is unfortunately impossible. In such cases, we strongly recommend taking immediate steps to secure your account. Ensure that only you have access to it: remove unauthorized connections, update your password, and enable two-factor authentication (2FA). These measures will greatly enhance your account’s security and help prevent similar issues in the future.
Please note that the platform administration and support team are not responsible for actions taken by you or others who have access to your account. For this reason, we advise you to exercise caution with account access and regularly review who has permission to use it.
We retain manually deleted recordings and materials for seven days from the date of deletion. During this period, you can request recovery. After this time, the data is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be restored.
To avoid similar situations in the future, share access only with trusted individuals and establish clear guidelines for using your account. If you collaborate with others while hosting webinars, make sure all participants have clear instructions for managing materials.
We wish you successful webinars! We hope these recommendations help you keep your recordings and materials secure.
