Invitation to dialogue during the webinar
Inviting a participant
Any moderator can manually invite a participant to join the conversation. To do this, select the desired viewer from the list and then click the green megaphone icon:

This will send an invitation to that participant. They should see a notification like this:

The participant can decline the invitation or join the conversation. After accepting, they will be able to communicate with the hosts and other viewers using their camera and microphone. Before joining the live discussion, it is recommended to run an equipment test.
You will see your camera window appear next to the other hosts. To turn your microphone on or off, you can use this button:

To configure your camera and microphone, open this section:

Request to speak
If needed, a viewer can request the right to speak by clicking this button:

Remember that the faster your internet connection is, the better your audio and video quality will be. To avoid potential issues, it is recommended to close all applications and browser tabs that may slow down your internet or use your camera and microphone.
To end your appearance, click the red microphone button.
If you cannot be seen or heard, check the following:
- Make sure you have granted access to your camera and microphone
- Ensure that no other program is using your camera or microphone
- Restart your computer and rejoin the webinar
