Where can I find the recording of a conducted webinar?
Recordings of conducted webinars are available in your personal account on our platform or directly in the webinar room.
To find and view recordings, follow these steps:
Log in to the platform using your credentials. This will give you access to all your recordings and other materials.
After logging in, go to the "Rooms" or "Events" section, depending on where the webinar was conducted – in a permanent webinar room or scheduled in the events section. The recordings subsection in the "Rooms" section contains recordings of all webinars conducted in your permanent rooms, while the recordings subsection in the "Events" section contains recordings of scheduled and completed events.

Find the desired webinar in the list and click on the icon that looks like a "YouTube" icon.
Alternatively, find the desired webinar in the list and click on the "..." (three vertical dots on the right) to bring up the dropdown menu, then select "Recordings." This menu allows you to quickly find the recordings of a specific webinar.
Now you can view the recording directly in the browser, download it in MP4 format, and if you have a paid plan, generate a secure link for access to the recording. Generating a link allows you to share the recording with others while maintaining security and access control.
You can also find the webinar recording in the general "Materials" section. Here, a complete archive of all your materials, including recordings, is stored, so you can only download the recording from this section.
