This is particularly useful for recurring training sessions or when you want to manage your event schedule flexibly.

This option is also valuable if you want to maintain a consistent connection with participants who have already registered for a previous event. They can use the same link to join the next webinar, simplifying the process and making it more convenient for them.

Another advantage is the ability to add or remove participants at any time, allowing you to easily adapt the participant list to specific goals. As with a series of webinars, the history and statistics of the webinars are preserved, enabling you to track participant activity and engagement. Access to cloned webinars is also restricted by a unique link sent out in invitations, ensuring security and preventing unauthorized access.

A Webinar Room is a permanent link that never changes. This means your participants can enter the room at any time that’s convenient for them, provided you allow it in the settings. This is the perfect solution for ongoing meetings, regular classes, or consultations where it’s important for participants to join at any time without waiting for a specific date or time.

A permanent link to a webinar room is useful for long-term educational programs, consultation sessions, or any other content that requires continuous participant engagement. It also allows you to use the same virtual space for different purposes, from internal meetings to public events.

The interaction history in the room is preserved. You can view events by day in the calendar, see who attended, what was discussed, and what questions were raised. This is especially useful for analyzing and improving the quality of meetings and training.

If you need to restrict access to the webinar room, you can set a password. This will automatically remove all current participants and prevent them from re-entering until they receive the new password. This gives you control over access to the room and helps maintain the confidentiality of the discussions.

If you decide to temporarily close access to the room but want to keep the link for future use, you can switch the room to landing mode. In this mode, participants accessing the old link can leave their contact details, such as an email address, to subscribe to your future events. This is convenient for gathering interested participants and staying connected with your audience.
