So, how do you go live on the platform? Enter the webinar room and click the “Speak” button. Your next steps will depend on your browser.

Mozilla Firefox for Windows

After clicking “Speak”, allow the browser to access your camera and microphone.

If multiple cameras or microphones are connected, select the preferred devices from the list.

If access is blocked, click the icons in the browser address bar and, under Permissions, remove the "Temporarily Blocked" status.

Google Chrome for Windows

Once you click “Speak”, Chrome will ask for permission to use your camera and microphone.

If access is denied, click the camera icon in the address bar. Choose the devices you want to use and allow access.

Microsoft Edge

If you're using Microsoft Edge, a popup will appear requesting access to your camera and microphone. Allow qo.mywebinar.com to use them.

If access is denied, go to settings and manually enable permissions for this website.

Opera for Windows

After clicking “Speak”, Opera will notify you that qo.mywebinar.com wants to use your camera and microphone. Confirm access.

If access is blocked, click the icon in the address bar. Opera will offer to reset permissions and reload the tab — do it.

Click the “Speak” button and allow camera and microphone access.

If multiple devices are connected, select the needed hardware from the list.

If access is blocked, click the icons in the browser bar.

Apple Safari

In Safari, it depends on your browser settings. If access is already granted, you will go live immediately after clicking “Speak”.

If access is denied, go to browser settings → Camera tab, and next to cp.mywebinar.com choose “Allow”.

Do the same in the Microphone tab.

Restart the browser.

Google Chrome for macOS

Click “Speak” and the browser will request access to your camera and microphone.

If access is blocked, click the camera icon in the address bar, select the devices, and allow access.

Opera for macOS

After clicking “Speak”, Opera will notify you that qo.mywebinar.com wants to use your camera and microphone. Confirm the request.

Access blocked? Click the camera icon in the address bar.

Opera will suggest clearing permissions and reloading the tab. Go ahead and do it.

Settings During the Broadcast

Once you’re live using the “Speak” button, you can adjust the following:

Expand the video window
Turn the camera on/off
Mute/unmute the microphone
End the presentation

To change camera or microphone settings, open the webinar room menu.

What If Camera and Mic Don’t Work? Possible Errors

Your browser blocked access to the camera or microphone.

To fix it, follow the browser-specific instructions above.

Your camera or microphone is being used by another app — Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.
Close them and restart the webinar room. In some cases, restarting your device helps.

Ending the Broadcast

To end the broadcast, click the X icon on the camera window or press the “End” button in the bottom-left corner of the room.
