Personalized webinar access links

The "Personalized Links" feature allows each participant to receive a unique link to the webinar, tied only to them. Our system automatically sends these links. However, you can also manually send invitations via email or copy the link and share it through any messaging service.

How Does It Work?



Link Distribution: Each webinar participant receives a personalized link sent to their email.

Direct Access: Clicking on this link takes the participant directly to the webinar without needing to enter a login, password, or any other information. No login pages or forms are required. The participant is taken straight to the webinar if it's already live or to a waiting page with a countdown timer until the webinar starts.

Unique Link: The link works for only one person. If the participant shares their link with someone else, only one person will be able to join the webinar – either the original link owner or the person they shared it with.

Access Restriction: This feature prevents mass distribution of links and ensures that only invited participants can join the webinar.

Where to Find It?



You can activate this feature in the advanced settings of your webinar when creating it in the control panel. When creating or editing a webinar, select the "Access only via personalized invitation links" option. The standard login page and form will be completely disabled. The system will automatically generate and send unique links to all invited participants for that specific webinar.



This feature helps improve the security and manageability of your webinar by ensuring access is limited to authorized participants.
