Information page when registering for a webinar

In this article, we will talk about a new feature — now, after registering for a webinar, participants are directed to a separate page. This page can be used not only to thank them for registering but also as a tool to promote additional products, subscriptions, or to install your software.

Enabling the thank you page

To add this page, you need to go to your webinar settings and in the "Entry" tab find the "Information page" field:

If you enable the toggle, the link will always open in a new tab. If the toggle is disabled, the link will open in the same window, but only until the webinar starts. Once the webinar begins, the link will no longer work and the participant will go directly to the webinar room.

After you insert the link and save the webinar, participants will start being redirected to the page you specified:

Please note:

For permanent webinars, the page will always open in a new tab. The "new window" toggle is not available for modification.
In landing mode, the page always opens. The "new window" toggle is active — you can choose whether to open the page in a new tab or in the current window.

For scheduled private webinars, this setting is not available.
